Advising families and family offices on wealth stewardship, assessing whether the system that created the wealth is prepared to sustain it.

India advises families and family offices on wealth stewardship, assessing whether the system that created the wealth is prepared to sustain it, and building the alignment required for governance, succession and long-term continuity.

She brings over 20 years’ experience as a global strategic leader, including her previous role as Senior Vice President of Consumer Intelligence at McCann, where she led global cultural intelligence and behavioural research into how individuals, families and communities shape identity, values and decision-making. That perspective now informs her work with families navigating transition, governance and continuity.

India has lived and worked across four continents, advising leaders and organisations at moments where clarity, calm and conviction matter. Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Inc. and SXSW, and she writes regularly on wealth stewardship, family alignment and the family office brand.
