Philippe Feitussi is a Partner and the Managing Partner of Spencer West Paris. A business lawyer for more than twenty-five years, he advises and represents clients in both transactional and contentious matters, including corporate negotiations, financial structuring, and court and arbitration proceedings.

His clients are mainly entrepreneurs, owners of industrial and real estate groups, banks, business angels, investment funds and sovereign states.

After a period at Oxford, he began his career as an associate at Giroux-Buhagiar & Associés. In 2001, he set up the business law department dedicated to environmental law at Huglo Lepage, where he became a partner.

In 2007, he co-founded Genesis Avocats, where he served as Managing Partner for thirteen years, and founded Genesis Alliance. He was then a partner at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés from 2020 to 2022, and an Equity Partner at DWF, before co-founding and taking the helm of Spencer West Paris.

The Legal 500 describes him as “a shrewd strategist”, praising his expertise and ingenuity in resolving his clients’ issues. Philippe has been recognised by Best Lawyers in Corporate Law since 2022.

He taught for several years, notably at the Paris I and Paris V universities, CNAM, ESAM and INSEEC. From 1998 to 2001, he was also involved in the protection of abused children. He works in French, English and Spanish.
