Juliette Lavergne is a business litigation lawyer, admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019.

Juliette spent more than five years at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés, working on both advisory and litigation matters, having begun her career at Genesis Avocats. During her training, she also gained broad experience in commercial litigation at Bersay & Associés and in corporate/M&A at Herbert Smith Freehills.

Her practice focuses primarily on commercial and business litigation, as well as banking and financial disputes. She regularly represents French and international clients before the civil and commercial courts and has developed solid expertise in complex litigation, including contractual disputes, unfair competition, shareholder disputes and directors’ liability. She is also well versed in enforcement proceedings and interim measures.

Juliette advises clients both at the pre-litigation stage and throughout court proceedings, combining technical expertise with a pragmatic and strategic approach.

She combines her litigation practice with a strong academic background. She holds an LLM in International Business Law, completed on the INSEAD campus in Singapore, and works in French and English.
