Vladyslav is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team at Spencer West. He supports businesses and individuals on a range of corporate, commercial and data protection matters.
Vladyslav’s work includes drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, supporting corporate transactions and reorganisations, advising on corporate governance matters, and assisting clients with cross-border data protection and regulatory issues.
He has particular experience supporting international businesses with commercial contracts, technology and SaaS arrangements, data protection compliance, cybersecurity incidents and regulatory reporting.
Vladyslav regularly works on matters involving multiple jurisdictions and coordinates with clients, colleagues and local counsel to deliver practical and commercially focused advice.
Having trained at Spencer West, Vladyslav has developed experience across a broad range of transactional and advisory matters. His earlier experience across other areas of legal practice also gives him a broad understanding of the legal and commercial issues that clients may face.
