Sivan Gelb

A life in the law is now less about the legal issues that interest us as lawyers and more about delivering good, commercial advice quickly and succinctly. It has become very important that we understand our clients’ commercial needs - so we have moved to be more entrepreneurial in our thinking. I believe in having close working relationships and a strong rapport with my clients, and I strive to advise on the uniqueness of each transaction. My clients are best served because they receive bespoke professional advice.

Sivan was admitted as a solicitor in 2006 after graduating from the University of Birmingham with a Masters’ degree in Political Science and completed his GDL and LPC at the London College of Law.

Sivan has a broad range of experience in commercial and residential real estate including landlord and tenant work, property finance and acting for vendors and purchasers of investment properties. Sivan also advises on all areas of residential leasehold enfranchisement. Outside work Sivan enjoys football, cricket and long-distance running.
