Andrew advises on corporate sales and acquisitions and commercial legal issues. His experience spans a variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, biotechnology, fintech, fashion, software, film and commercial aerospace and new space.

Andrew has been advising the internet and digital media industry for over 25 years and knows intimately the classic issues faced and how to overcome problems and find solutions. He advises on service level agreements, software and content licensing and development agreements, software integration contracts, software service agreements, escrow agreements, cloud service provision, intellectual property issues, data protection and security issues.

Andrew started his career in 1989 at leading law firm Wragge & Co working in the corporate department before moving to Cartwright & Lewis Solicitors in 1992 where he started a corporate law department from a position of the firm having no clients to a commercial team of five lawyers. Andrew recognised the impact the internet would have on business and in 1996 increasingly focussed on the emerging internet sector before then setting up his niche practice in 2002 to focus on technology clients and deliver corporate, commercial, IT, IP, media law and data protection advice to the sector.

Andrew is author of seven books on internet legal issues and is winner of the national Lawyer Awards for Best Use of Multimedia in the Law. He is a qualified jet pilot and enjoys composing orchestral music and his music is released on American record label Centaur Records.
