Anthony Sarciaux is a member of the Paris Bar and a Partner specialising in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial litigation. He has more than ten years of experience in business law firms.
Anthony began his career in 2011 at STC Partners before joining Genesis Avocats in 2016, where he spent over four years working on corporate/M&A and commercial litigation matters.
He then practised at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés from 2020 to 2022 and subsequently at DWF (France) AARPI, again in corporate/M&A and commercial litigation, before joining the firm.
His combined transactional and litigation practice enables him to support clients both on their M&A transactions and in managing their commercial disputes. He draws in particular on his negotiation experience to protect their interests.
Anthony holds a Master II in Business Law and Taxation and also studied at the University of Leeds. He works in French and English.
