Daniella Skotnicki

Daniella Skotnicki is a Cayman Islands attorney with extensive offshore experience, specialising in the structuring, launch, and ongoing operation of both closed- and open-ended investment funds across all asset classes. She advises fund managers, institutional investors, and service providers across the full fund lifecycle, including formation, capital raising, restructurings and wind-downs.

Her practice also spans digital assets, where she advises on token and SAFT issuances, DAO structuring and governance and Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registration.
