Jeremy is a highly experienced City trained dispute resolution lawyer who has handled some major cases involving banks and has also been involved in dealing with substantial contract disputes and negligence claims, fraud and international cases, employment, partnership and shareholder disputes.
Jeremy also advises on reputation management in the media including dealing with libel and slander and adverse press, TV, radio and digital media and has represented prominent acting and sporting personalities.
Reported cases include the first case in which the Convention on Human Rights was successfully used in a private property dispute (Beaulane Properties Limited v Palmer).
Jeremy’s maxim is “persistence pays off” and he has achieved a high career success rate at trial. He is also an effective negotiator and has had a great deal of success in resolving matters by way of mediation. Jeremy provides cost-effective, practical and focused advice and is frequently recommended by counsel.
