Michael Miller

Michael specialises in Agriculture, Farms & Estates. He is a graduate of Harper Adams, the Royal Agricultural College and Bournemouth University. Prior to practising as a lawyer he worked for the NFU in Devon and subsequently ran his own Agricultural Consultancy successfully securing European grant funding for several significant agricultural projects in the South West of England. Following a European MBA in Food & Agribusiness, Michael went on to qualify as a Solicitor in 2009, was appointed a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association in 2011 and made Partner in 2012.

With green energy expertise (wind, solar and anaerobic digestion) Michael has acted for both (landlord) farmers and (tenant) developers in renewable energy projects. He also has experience dealing with on-farm telecom leases.

Michael acts for clients in real estate matters involving agricultural, commercial and (some) residential. He can also assist with Wills and Powers of Attorney. He has experience assisting clients with farm diversification including resultant commercial property management.

Michael works with private individuals and agricultural and business clients in Devon and the South West of England.
