Paul focuses his practice on representing entrepreneurs, tech startups, and small-to-midsize businesses with a variety of corporate and transactional work. Paul’s legal experience covers a broad range of industries, including technology, transportation, retailing, franchises, fitness, e-commerce, marketing, and consulting. His primary motivation in choosing this area of practice is to help clients take control of their professional and financial future through entrepreneurship, where they can be independent and thrive financially.
Paul has advised and assisted clients with business formations, contract drafting and negotiation, commercial real estate leasing, startup financings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to his years of experience practicing law, Paul has started and operated his own businesses, including a picture framing franchise and his previous law firm, Kinetic Law LLC. As a result, his legal advice to clients is informed by his own experience as a business owner, where he shared many of the same challenges.
