Sivan Gelb

Sivan was admitted as a solicitor in 2006 after graduating from the University of Birmingham with a Masters’ degree in Political Science and completed his GDL and LPC at the London College of Law.
Sivan has a broad range of experience in commercial and residential real estate including landlord and tenant work, property finance and acting for vendors and purchasers of investment properties. Sivan also advises on all areas of residential leasehold enfranchisement. Outside work Sivan enjoys football, cricket and long-distance running.
Sivan is an active Ambassador for Spinal Research, the UK’s leading charity funding medical research for effective treatments for paralysis caused by spinal cord injury.

- Advising landlords and tenants extensively on the minimum Energy Efficiency Standards Regulations.
- Writing and presenting a number of lectures on the subject of the minimum Energy Efficiency Standards Regulations across the country on behalf of RICS.
