Spencer West provides sparkling performance on sale of New Green Services to Ever Brite Cleaning
Spencer West Corporate Partner, Simon Wilson, acted as lead legal adviser to Edward Dixon, founder and Managing Director of New Green Services Ltd, on the successful sale of the business to Ever Brite Cleaning Services Ltd.
Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Welwyn Garden City, New Green Services is a facilities management company specialising in cleaning, gardening, and associated services across London and the South East. The business is a trusted partner to many housing associations and is renowned for its commitment to service quality; health and safety; and environmental responsibility.
The buyer, Ever Brite Cleaning Services, is a long-established national operator providing tailored commercial cleaning services across the UK. With more than 900 specialists and a head office in Buckinghamshire, Ever Brite has a strong reputation across both the public and private sectors.
The transaction positions the newly merged group well to support the UK government’s pledge to deliver 1.5 million new homes over the next four years, including 120,000 social and affordable homes in London. The deal enables New Green to scale and expand its geographic footprint, whilst providing Ever Brite with an enhanced presence in the social housing market and a wider service offering.
Spencer West Corporate Partner Simon Wilson led the sale side legal advisory team, with support from Associate Thomas Allen. Simon advised the New Green Founder through all legal aspects of the project, from the receipt of initial offers and heads of terms to the eventual completion of the project.
