Spencer West expands Guernsey practice; launches SW Offshore
International law firm Spencer West has announced the launch of SW Offshore, a Guernsey-based law firm designed to bring a modern, Partner-led approach to the island’s offshore market.

Sam brings more than 20 years’ experience in corporate law, funds, finance, and financial services regulation, gained in both private practice and senior in-house roles. Tania has more than two decades’ experience acting for commercial and public sector clients. She has a strong interest in financial services regulation and financial crime, having held senior positions at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and the Law Officers of the Crown in Guernsey.
