International integrated fee-sharing law firm Spencer West LLP announces key hires to its Belgian practice.
The firm’s presence in Brussels has been bolstered by the addition of former Corporate and Corporate Finance Partner at CMS, Carl Dotremont, and former Competition and Commercial law and Managing Partner for Belgium of Taylor Wessing, Marc Picat.
The team now operates across all areas of business law and is focused on its growing capabilities in Banking and Finance, Corporate, Commercial, Competition, Real Estate, Tax, Employment, Private Wealth, Intellectual Property, Construction, and Litigation.
Simeon Spencer and Antoine West, the Co-Founders of Spencer West and the firm’s Senior and Managing Partner respectively, welcomed the news by saying: “We are delighted that Carl and Marc have joined us in Brussels. They are both hugely experienced and highly regarded as experts in their fields. Dotremont, who also practiced at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in Brussels, and Morgan Lewis in Frankfurt and Brussels, before joining Spencer West Belgium, said: “This is an exciting move.
