Antoine West

Managing Partner - Co-Founder

Antoine was previously a Solicitor at Linklaters and then a Partner in several City and international law firms. He left private practice in 2009 to found a development and construction company, which focuses on developing internationally branded business traveller hotels in Sub-Saharan Africa, while continuing to practise law for owner-managed companies in-house. This experience has enabled Antoine to provide a uniquely “hands-on” and commercial approach to legal services.

Antoine has navigated the full gamut of issues affecting owner-managed businesses, from acquisitions and disposals of shares, joint ventures, capital reorganisations, private equity, financing issues, commercial contracts, through to a broad range of dispute resolution matters.

Construction disputes are a specialist focus. Antoine has many years’ experience of handling construction related claims, gained from acting as in-house counsel to construction companies, principal of his own international construction company and adviser to insurers in the construction sector.
