Spencer West launches in Mexico with new Latin America hub
International law firm Spencer West has launched in Mexico, creating a strategic hub for cross-border work across Latin America and strengthening the firm’s ability to support international clients investing in Mexico and Latin America and businesses from the region operating globally.
The practice, based in Mexico City, will be led by Founding Partner Ignacio Dominguez-Torrado, LL.M., a senior Mexican lawyer with more than 25 years’ experience advising businesses across corporate, intellectual property, regulatory, consumer protection, advertising, media and entertainment, food and drug, franchising, licensing and contract matters.
The launch comes as Mexico continues to play an increasingly important role in international business, driven by nearshoring, supply chain diversification, foreign direct investment and cross-border transactions across North America and Latin America.
