Spencer West Advises SSV Capital on the issue and early Redemption of £2.5 Million Convertible Loan Notes
Spencer West LLP has advised SSV Capital PLC on the issue and successful early full redemption of its £2,500,000 Fixed Rate (Series I) Unsecured Convertible Loan Notes 2025, including all accrued interest up to 4 April 2025.
