Spencer West advises ARC Analytics on strategic investment in Concept ABS
International law firm Spencer West has advised ARC Analytics on its investment in Concept ABS, the leading primary‑market Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) data provider across Europe and Australia.
Founded nearly 20 years ago, Concept ABS has established itself as the industry’s most trusted source for comprehensive, ABS issuance data and commentary.
ARC Analytics, a technology company specialising in structured finance and compliance, will provide both growth funding and technological support to strengthen the platform in an increasingly competitive landscape.
ARC Analytics’ investment provides long‑term backing to support its strategic roadmap, enhance product capabilities, and accelerate platform development in response to a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
Spencer West advised on the negotiation of a share purchase agreement, shareholders’ agreement, and various ancillary documents.
